Ace Pump Corporation recently introduced five new Pro 5 Series stainless steel pumps with advanced features to improve reliability and prevent costly downtime. All five models include Ace Pump’s exclusive Oasis™ WetSeal Technology, with two models configured for use in pulse-width modulated (PWM) control systems.

Ace Pump Adds New 255F-HYD Models To Popular Pro 5 Series Product Line

Ace Pump Corporation today announced the introduction of its new 255F-HYD Pro 5 Series pumps with advanced features to improve reliability and prevent costly downtime.
“The new Pro 5 FMCSC models feature a severe duty silicon carbide seal that resists scratching from abrasive materials,” noted Ace Sales Manager Bobby Robinson, “plus a stationary face with O-ring seat transferring heat into the casting to improve seal survival during short run-dry events. The Pro 5 FMCWS models incorporate Ace Pump’s exclusive Oasis™ WetSeal Technology to isolate the seals from abrasive and corrosive materials and prevent run-dry failure of any length.”
According to Robinson, the new models include the following features:
- A compact design with close-coupled motor for easy service and replacement
- High-efficiency, gear-type motors that provide higher performance with less oil flow
- Optional motors with integrated pulse-width modulated (PWM) control valves in the 304 sizes for precision control systems
- A maximum flow rate of 260 GPM for both 304 and 306 models
- Maximum pressure of 120 PSI for 304 models and 130 PSI for 306 models
- Larger bearings for longer pump life
- Stainless steel shafts and wear rings
- Reliable thermoplastic impellers with stainless steel hubs
- Durable e-coated castings for added corrosion resistance
- Internal coasting check to prevent damaging pressure spikes when turned off
- Integrated 12V proportional control valve and pressure relief valve in the 304 PWM models for use in precision applications using pulse-width modulated control systems
- Standardized components within the Pro 5 Series:
- A unique design that allows interchangeability while simplifying parts inventory
- A common frame that accepts the new 200N5 and 300N Series motors
“These new Pro 5 products are ideal for use in a wide range of applications, from spraying and fertilizer application to fluid circulation and transfer,” Robinson added. “We feel confident they will help our customers avoid costly downtime during critical application periods.”

206 Models Now With PWM
Ace Pump Corporation recently announced the addition of three new pumps featuring the company’s popular 206 motor and built-in pulse width modulated (PWM) control valves. The addition of these models completes the full range of Ace hydraulically driven pumps with integrated PWM control valves. The 13 standard models allow PWM pump options for any size machine.
The new models are recommended for use with any pressure compensated closed center or load sensing closed center hydraulic system. These models include severe duty silicon carbide shaft seals along with the follow specifications:
• The cast iron FMCSC-HYD-206-PWM has 1-1/4” x 1” NPT ports.
• The cast iron FMCSC-150F-HYD-206-PWM includes 1-1/2” x 1-1/4” NPT ports and industry standard 220 x 200 flanged connections.
• The FMCSC-150FS-HYD-206-PWM is constructed of durable 316 stainless steel with NPT ports and industry standard flanged connections.
