Important Information:

Hydraulic oil coolers are not standard on these tractor models. An oil cooler is required for continuous duty sprayer pump operation.

Installation Instruction for OPEN CENTER System 1. Shut off all flow from ACE pump. 2. Install pressure gauge between pump and shut off valve. 3. Open Bypass Adjusting Screw 3 or 4 turns. 4. Set tractor throttle to speed at which you will be spraying. 5. Turn Bypass Adjusting Screw clockwise until pressure gauge on sprayer reads between 60 and 100psi. Tighten jam nut.
